Who you are dealing with

Worth It? is provided by ProfitPocket (sole proprietor, South Africa) ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@pocketprofitpal.app.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns.

Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or carrying on using Worth It?, you agree to these terms. If you are signing up for a business, you confirm you may agree on its behalf; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age.

Using the app

You may use Worth It? to run your own business records. You agree not to misuse it: no unlawful activity, no attempts to break into or overload the service, no reselling access, and no uploading content you have no right to use.

You keep ownership of everything you enter. We only use it to give you the results you ask for. You are responsible for keeping your login details private.

Our intellectual property

The app itself, its name, design, wording and calculations stay ours. Using the app gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it, and nothing more.

Subscriptions and payment

The Pro plan costs R110 per month and renews automatically each month until it is cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal. Refunds are covered by our refund policy (14 days). Payment, billing, tax and cancellation mechanics are also covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Suspension and ending access

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used unlawfully, or where payment fails and is not fixed. Where it is reasonable we will warn you first. You may stop using the app and close your account at any time.

Availability

We work hard to keep the app up, but we cannot promise it will always be available or completely free of faults, and we give no implied warranties beyond what the law requires.

Estimates and limits

Worth It? helps you work out prices, costs and profit from the figures you enter. Results are guidance, not financial, tax or legal advice. We are not liable for business decisions made from them, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last three months. Summaries in the app are for your own tracking only โ€” they are not official financial statements, tax records or documents for banks or government.

Your decisions stay yours

Every number in the app comes from the figures you type in, and every suggestion, message or idea the app writes is a starting point for you to check and change. You decide what to charge, what to buy, what to say and which jobs to take. We are not your accountant, lawyer, tax adviser or business partner, and we are not responsible for the outcome of a price, a purchase, a message or a decision you choose to act on. If a figure looks wrong, treat it as wrong and check it before acting.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost income, lost profit, lost customers, lost data or any indirect loss arising from your use of the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
