Refund policy

Your 14 day refund

If the Pro plan is not right for you, ask us within 14 days of a payment and we will refund that payment in full. No reason is needed. Refunds go back to the card or method you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

How to ask

Email support@pocketprofitpal.app from the address you signed up with, or contact Paddle, our payment partner, who handles billing on our behalf. Please include the date of the payment.

Cancelling

You can cancel the R110 monthly plan at any time. Cancelling stops future payments and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling on its own is not a refund request — ask us if you also want the last payment back.

Who sells the app

Worth It? is sold by ProfitPocket (sole proprietor, South Africa). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, who also handles returns.
